DYDO, Edward "Chick" C. Jr.

Edward "Chick" C. Dydo, Jr., a long-time resident of Whittier, CA, passed away December 26, 2012. Born June 19, 1927 in Wanamie, PA, he married Rosemary Davis on August 10, 1949. The two were happily married for 52 years. Ed served his country for 28 years; U.S. Navy in China during WW II; U.S. Army in Korea and Japan during the Korean War; and the Army Reserves. Ed worked for many years as a private investigator. He was a child advocate volunteer at MacLaren Children's Center for 15 years. Ed was preceded in death by his wife and parents. A beloved friend to many, Ed will be greatly missed.
