KIRBY WEEKS Obituary

KIRBY RAY WEEKS

July 26, 1957 – Dec. 7, 2024

Kirby lived a life shaped by adventure and independence. He found peace in the desert and freedom on his motorcycle, often exploring open roads and wide horizons.

He was a son to Ray Weeks and Judi Bryant, a father to Mitchell, Kevin, and Jenna Weeks, and a brother to Grady Weeks and Deborah Weeks. Kirby's entrepreneurial spirit guided many of his pursuits, like opening his own electrical business, Weeks Electric, reflecting his desire to forge his own path.

Though life was not without its challenges, Kirby approached it in his own way, leaving behind stories and memories that will be remembered by those who shared in his journey.

Rest in peace, Kirby.

I met Kirby while working at NAF El Centro and we became friends and he picked up an Industrial job at a corrugated box mnfg plant in El Centro and invited me to join him in this adventure. Kirby was a fair boss and a good man. I worked in his back yard installing electrical in a new shop and had the opportunity to meet his family. I will never forget what a great giy he was. My condolences to his family,
