Richard Santillan, 67, of Oxnard passed away on January 27, 2021 after a year long personal struggle with Embolisms. He was born in Brawley and attended Grammar Schools, Middle School and High School in Brawley and El Centro. He dedicated himself to a lifelong career as a Tax Enroll Agent and Business Consultant. Richard was preceded in death by his parents, John Santillan and Lydia Ocampo. He is survived by his siblings, Bobby Santillan of El Mirage, AZ and Daniel Santillan of Calexico. He is also survived by numerous relatives from the Ocampo, Palomino, Rogers and Santillan families throughout California and other States. A private ceremony will be held at a later time in Oxnard, CA. May he rest in peace.
