Carol Ann Moody died Wednesday August 3, 2016 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

She was born in Houston, TX on June 5, 1965, the daughter of the late James Essary and Judy Moore Essary. Carol Ann was a longtime hairstylist, an awesome wife, wonderful, loving mother and a very attentive grandmother to Kian.

She is survived by her husband, Jonathan Moody of Jackson, TN, three daughters, Callie Lupino and husband Billy, Peyton Moody, McKeena Moody all of Jackson, TN, one son Gary Holland of Virginia Beach, VA, two sisters, Penny Smith, Amy Essary, one grandson Kian Lupino, niece, Hannah Boehler and husband Matt, nephews, Hayden, Hudson, Holton Smith, grand nieces, Anniston and Allyn Boehler.

SERVICES: Memorial services will be held Saturday, August 6, 2016 at 2:00PM in the chapel of Arrington Funeral Directors. The family will receive friends Saturday from 12:00noon until service time at 2:00PM. A committal service will follow at Ridgecrest Cemetery.

The family has requested in lieu of flowers that memorial contributions be directed to Life House or Ann's House, c/o Aspell Recovery Center, P. O. Box 2412, Jackson, TN 38302
