Debra S. Edwards, 57

Debra Sue "Debbie" Edwards, 57, of Lafayette passed away on November 3, 2012, at 3:59 a.m., at St. Vincent's Hospital in Indianapolis. Debbie was born on March 22, 1955, in Lafayette to the late George Allen and Florence "Eveline" Godbey Edwards. She attended Lincoln High School and Wabash Center. Debbie enjoyed walking her dog, drawing, sewing, and working on puzzles.

Surviving are four siblings; Allen Edwards of Lafayette, Rose Johnson (companion: Roger Worthan), of Lafayette, Wendy (husband: Greg) Jones of Lafayette, and Willa Davis of Lafayette. Also surviving are two nieces, Wytona, and Destiny, and three nephews, William, Jerry, and Jordan.

She is preceded in death by her nephew, Jeremy Battering.

Services will be held on Monday, December 3, 2012, at 10 a.m., with visitation for family at 9 a.m. and friends at 9:30 a.m. at Simplicity Funeral Care. Simplicity Funeral Care entrusted with care. Share memories and condolences at www.simplicity-funeralcare.com.
