Patricia D. Felix, 69
Patricia D. Felix, 69, of Kentland died at 9:47 a.m. on Saturday, November 17, 2012, at Iroquois Memorial Hospital of Watseka, Ill.. She had been in failing health for three years.
Patricia was born on October 16, 1943, in White County, Illinois to the late Earnest and Carry (Stahl) Smith. Patricia grew up in White County, where she graduated from high school in 1961.
Patricia's marriage was to her high school sweetheart, Harold Felix, on September 1, 1962, in Peoria, Illinois. He survives.
Throughout most of her life, Patricia was a Kentland resident. She was also a member of the Presbyterian Church. Patricia previously worked at the Kentland Bank and was very proud to retire 15 years ago at the age of 55.
She enjoyed sewing, cooking, and gardening. Even in the decline of her health, Patricia was still interested in telling stories with her beautiful flowers.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents and one brother.
Surviving Patricia, along with her husband, are children: Timothy Ray Felix of Kentland and Kim (Felix) Anderson (Husband: Jon), of Indianapolis; two sisters, and two brothers. Patricia is also survived by her grandchildren: Madeline, Camden, Isabel, and Ian of Indianapolis. She considered them to be the light of her life.
All services will be private with interment at Fair Lawn Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in Patricia's name to the donor's choice.

My heart aches for the entire Felix family. Pat was such a wonderful lady and I have so many fond memories of growing up with Pat in our lives. I will cherish those memories always. God be with you all.

Prayers for the family. Although I didn't get to visit with Pat in recent times...she will forever hold a special place in my heart. She, Harold, Tim and Kim you were wonderful neighbors at a special time in our lives. May God give you peace and special memories to cherish.
