Palm Harbor, FL - Audrey Nolley, formerly of Lafayette passed away May 4th in Palm Harbor, FL. Audrey was born in Lafayette on February 11, 1928 to the late Joseph Rice and Flora Simcox. She married Richard K. Barrett and was later divorced. She married Wallace Sniffin and he preceded in death in 1977. She was married to Clarence "CV" Conder and he preceded in death in 1978. She moved to Florida, where she met Harold Nolley. They married in 1990 and lived in the Ocala, FL area until returning to Lafayette in 2005. Harold preceded her in death in 2009. In 2013 she moved to Palm Harbor, Florida to be near her son.

Audrey was a 1946 graduate of Lafayette Jeff High School. She was hostess and dining room manager for Holiday Inns in Lafayette during the 1960's and 1970's. She worked in the Photographic Services department at Purdue University until her retirement in 1989.

Audrey is a member of the Purdue Alumni Association and the Purdue Presidents Council. She was a former member of the John Purdue Club and spent many years attending Purdue basketball and football games. She also spent time volunteering as a Pink Lady at Home Hospital. While living in West Lafayette, she attended the Federated Church.

Audrey is survived by her son Mike Barrett (Kathy) of Palm Harbor, FL, grandchildren Brice Barrett (Brandi Parisi) of Portland, OR, Melissa Barrett (Wayne Spurling) of Cohutta, GA, Brandon Barrett, (Sarah Greer) of Simsbury, CT, and a great-granddaughter Sienna Spurling. Also surviving are several step children, step grandchildren and step great grandchildren. Audrey was preceded in death by her daughter Nedeil Barrett.

Friends and family are invited to gather and share in a Celebration of Audrey's Life from 1pm to 3pm on Saturday June 16th in the Chapel at Tippecanoe Memory Gardens, West Lafayette, IN. Please send memorial contributions to the Wabash Center or Lafayette Food Finders in memory of Audrey.
