Fr. Crispin will be greatly missed by me. He was my friend, consoler, and counselor during rough times. He brought me closer to Christ, and also baptized my first child. For the last 30 years he never forgot to send me a Christmas card, and I always looked forward to hearing from him.
My condolences go out to the Butz family. Fr. Crispin was a patient and kind man and a faithful and reverent priest. He will be remembered at mass, and I will also include him in my daily prayers.
