Skylar Mae Foster Obituary
Skylar M. Foster

Skylar Mae Foster, 14 months, of Lafayette, passed away July 22, 2014 at Riley Hospital, Indianapolis.

She was born May 14, 2013 in Lafayette, the daughter of James Foster Jr. and Ashley Pinkston. Skylar was one of the light's of her families life. She always had a smile to share and love to spare. She had unconditional love for all of her family and she showed us all in many different ways. If you had a cracker, she was your best friend. We will be forever heartbroken. Besides her parents she is survived by her brother, whom she loved the most of all, Ryan Foster, Lafayette, Aunts and Uncles Jennifer Foster, Indianapolis, Nicole and Tristan Pinkston, Lafayette, Josh and Liz Pinkston, Dawn Pinkston and Douglas Rock, Vincennes; Great-Great-Grandmother Martha Oliver, Lafayette, Great-Grandmother's Judy Pinkston, Otterbein and Sandy Dyer, Linden, Great-Grandparents Howard and Sondy Rock, Reynolds, Grandmother's Fonda Rock, Dorissa Foster and Tina Dyer, Lafayette, and Sam Scott, Monticello; and Grandfather Michael Yocum of Monticello and many extended family members.

Skylar was preceded in death by her Great-Grandfather Robert "Pink" Pinkston, Great-Grandmother Joyce Rock and Grandfather's Robert "Bobby" Pinkston and James Foster Sr.

We want to thank Riley Hospital ICU for their Tender Loving Care during our time of need. Fly High "Chunkin." In lieu of flowers, stuffed animals would be appreciated. Stuffed animals will be donated to Riley Hospital, Lafayette Police Department and Child Protective Services. Monticello Drop-off is at Today's Headlines, 217 N. Main St., Monticello, IN and Bank of Wolcott, 116 N. 6th St., Monticello, IN and Hippensteel Funeral Home, 822 N. 9th St., Lafayette, IN.
