Susan E. Robinson
Susan E. Robinson, 61, of Chalmers, passed away at 7:13 a.m. Monday, November 20, 2017 at her residence. She was born March 24, 1956 in Indianapolis to Donnie L. Harvey and the late Dr. David M. Harvey. She was a 1974 graduate of Munster High School, and went on to graduate from the St. Elizabeth School of Nursing in 1978.
Her marriage was to Jeffery L. Robinson on July 23, 1983 in Munster, he survives.
Susan was a registered nurse in the cardiac wing of the old St. Elizabeth and retired from the float pool at the new St. Elizabeth East in 2014. She enjoyed spending time working in her landscaping beds around the farm, taking motorcycle trips across country, volunteering at the Tippecanoe Battlefield as a Master Gardner and was also an avid reader in her free time.
Surviving with her husband are their children, Jesse A. Robinson (wife: Ashley) of Brookston and Katie L. Snowberger (husband: Erik) of Battle Ground; her mother, Donnie Harvey of Munster and two brothers, Dan Harvey (wife: Sandy) of Munster and Dr. Peter Harvey (friend: Angela) of Senoia, Georgia, and nieces and nephews.
Sue loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren David and Jonathan Snowberger.
Friends may call from 4 p.m. until the time of funeral service at 7 p.m. Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at Hartzler-Clapper Funeral Home of Brookston; Pastor Bill Henderson to officiate.
Memorials may be made to the Brookston Library.

I am very sad to hear of Sue's passing. I worked with her many times at St E. when she was in the float pool. She was fun to work with and a great resource to all of us. She will be missed!
