I had several classes with David in middle school and he was just the nicest guy. I also remember him having just the quickest wit and had me in stitches many times in class.
So sorry for your loss.

My friend, my brother. Our families are interlaced for eternity. You have been as close to us as anyone will ever be. Our memories are one. The only thing getting me through this is the love I have for you, your mom and dad, and Lisa. It is good to remember that you would say you lived life to its fullest and you have no regrets - to not be sad. We will celebrate your life! I will never forget you, brother.
