Deloris Campbell

DELORIS J. CAMPBELL, 81 ROCK GROVE - Deloris J. Campbell, 81, of Rock Grove died Thursday, October 17, 2013, at her home. Born August 20, 1932, in Freeport; she was the daughter of Harold and Ida (Duzan) Scott. On July 24, 1949, she and Leotis Campbell were united in marriage in McConnell. She was a member of Bethel Afolkey United Methodist Church, Orangeville American Legion 702 Auxiliary, where she was past president, vice president and treasurer. Surviving include children, Leo Campbell of Dayton, OH, Larry (Bonnie) Campbell of Dakota, Minetta "Netti" (Barry) Morton of Australia, Shirlene Hilgenberg of Lanark; grandchildren, Johnathon, Dawn, Paul, Scott, Lisa, Sarah and Alaina; several great-grandchildren; sisters, Loretta Cheeney of Warren, Blondena (Bob) Best of Shannon; brother, Howard Moe of Shannon. Preceding her in death were her parents; husband; son, Allen; grandson, Joseph; granddaughter, Jenny; great- grandson, David; and son-in-law, Simeon Cook. Visitation will be 9 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 21, at the Afolkey Bethel United Methodist Church, with Reverend Cheon Eui Oh officiating. Burial will be at the Silent Hill Cemetery in McConnell. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in her name.
