Warlin, Ruth M. (Nee Salo) Passed away peacefully in her sleep January 1, 2018, at the age of 89. She was under the loving care of her family, Vitas Home Hospice Care and Synergy Home Care at the time of her death. Ruth is survived by her beloved husband of 70 years, Bernard, cherished children Candace, Kerri (Georgette) and Dana, all of Milwaukee, WI, brothers Ken (Maribeth) Salo of Republic, MI, Gary (Leuwanne) Salo of Ishpeming, MI and a sister Norine (Lauren) Maki of Republic MI. Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Hilia (Nyback) Salo, a brother John (Dorothy) Salo and a sister Susan (Clyde) Certo. Ruth worked for many years as a legal secretary and a secretary in the Development Office at Pius XI High School. Ruth was a superb seamstress, cook and baker and loved to bring baked goods to work for people she worked with. A Private Memorial Service, as per her wishes, was held. Her ashes will be sprinkled in the Southern Wisconsin Veteran Memorial Cemetery Sprinkle Garden come spring.
