Robert H. "Bob" Ludin

Ludin, Robert H. "Bob" Age 93. of West Bend, formerly of Wauwatosa. Passed away Fri., March 1, 2013, after a brief, courageous battle with cancer. He was born November 12, 1919. On June 17, 1939, he married the love of his life, Adeline Preuss in Milwaukee. (Adeline preceded him in death on April 24, 1997). Bob was a World War II veteran. A well-respected Iron Worker by profession; and an accomplished woodworker. He cherished the God given 'simple things' in life - family, friends, nature, and dogs. Survived by his sons Alan (Carrie) and Jeffrey (Linda). Grandchildren Jessica (Conrad Rios), Michael (Nicole), and Jeffrey (Paige) Ludin; Amy (James) Gentry, Rachel (AJ Emanuele) Schmitz; Great-Grandchildren Jason, Cora, Olivia Ludin; Ada and Will Gentry. Brothers Kenny (Ellen) and Dick (Sue); many nieces and nephews; friends from the Iron Worker's Local 8 Union Retirees Club and Cedar Ridge Apartments. Preceded in death by his loving wife Adeline, his cherished daughter Roberta, and his son and buddy Ron. Funeral Services at 11:30 AM on Tues., March 5, 2013, at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel, 1420 W. Paradise Dr., in West Bend. Visitation 10-11:15AM at the funeral home on Tue., March 5, 2013. Interment Pinelawn Memorial Park in Wauwatosa. He will forever be remembered and dearly missed by all who knew him for his sweet kindness and unselfish nature. Love You, Dad.
