Our dear Uncle Richie was such a wonderful human being. He would give someone the shirt off of his back if they needed it. We will miss hearing his deep-hearted laughter and seeing the "twinkle" in his eye. We feel blessed to have been part of Uncle Richie's life and we're forever grateful for all he taught us.

Sympathy to the family of Richard Gawelko. Those of us who were with him in school (Holy Family and CHS '62) are sad to hear of his passing.

My uncle Richie was a kind, loving and generous man. A man of God who dedicated his life to selflessly helping others. He was someone you could always count on and trust. He leaves behind many friends and a family who will love him and miss him forever. We will miss his mischievous grin, wonderful sense of humor and the twinkle in his eye. He has set a wonderful example for all of us to follow. R.I.P. We love you.

This candle will burn forever in our memories of Richie. His loving and giving nature should be a lesson to us all on how a little can go along way. We'll miss you Richie.
