I have had the pleasure of making music with Pat over the past 10 years at St. Mary's Catholic Faith Community. She always put forth a brave face, in the midst of suffering. Pat taught me volumes, not only in music, but of faith, patience and friendship. Rest in peace, Dear Friend, you will not be forgotten!

Pat was an amazing choral director; those who participated loved her and the experiences she gave them. She was a good friend and collegue. As my husband said, she was a very nice lady.

Ms. Lindner was my first foray into singing at Hawthorne. Though I wasn't the best, she was always encouraging. My thoughts and prayer are with her and her family.

Thank you for everything Ms. Lindner. You brought music into our lives. If we all got back onto the risers in the Hawthorne auditorium we would surely see your smiling face.

Middle School Chorus and 7th, 8th, and 9th grade ensemble are some of the best memories of my childhood and Ms Lindner made those possible. We all had a great time and learned the benefit of working hard from her. My sincere condolences to her family.

I have many happy memories of Hawthorne Junior High School, and most of them are about participating in the choir program that Ms. Linder ran. We learned so much from her and had a wonderful three years under her direction.
