Ostaszewski, Cynthia Cynthia "Cindy" Ostaszewski, 60, of the near south side of Milwaukee was called home to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in the afternoon of Saturday, September 8th, 2018. Cynthia fought multiple cancers for 16 long hard years. She is finally at rest and no longer needs to fight. She is finally at peace. Cynthia was born at exactly 12:00pm on September 23rd, 1957 to Harry and Lucille. She was the middle child of a loud and boisterous family. Christine (George), Justine (Tom), Daniel, Barb, Julie and Lisa. She was also blessed to be the cherished "Auntie Cindy" to so many beautiful nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Cynthia is survived by her beloved best friend, soul mate and only daughter Olivia Taylor. Also, by her fur babies Luke, Fiona, Dzia Dzia, Reggie, Niles and Toni. Cynthia is preceded in death by her grandson Jeremiah and her sister and best friend Cathleen. Cynthia was a source of strength and guidance to so many friends, co-workers and complete strangers. Even while fighting her own battles she still managed to hold everyone else up. She will be greatly missed, especially by her partner in crime and best friend Dawn. Visitation at the funeral home Tuesday from 3-7 PM. Funeral from the funeral home Wednesday at 10:15 AM to St. Stephen Catholic Church, 1441 W. Oakwood Dr., Oak Creek, for the Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. Private interment. Rest well young angel and let his angels guide you home.
