Dimso "Dan" Sokolovic Notice
Sokolovic, Dimso "Dan" August 12, 1947 - June 27, 2011. Celebration of life services will be observed Tuesday at 12 noon, at St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Cathedral, S. 51st and W. Oklahoma Ave., Milwaukee. Visitation will be held Monday at Schaff Funeral Home 4:00-8:00PM (mali pomen 7:30PM). Also, visitation Tuesday at the church 11:00AM until time of service (12 noon). Internment Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Dan is preceded in death by his mother Nevenka (nee Radjenovic), his grandparents Simo and Stanislava Sokolovic and Stevo and Mileva Radjenovic also his uncle Dimso Sokolovic. He is the loving father of Stevan (Lisa), Stephanie and Sarah "Sasha". Proud grandfather of Ethan and Meadow Sokolovic. Dear son of Bozidar and stepson of Ruza Sokolovic. Stepbrother of Milica (Robert) Wolfgram and Sava (Jovanka) Basic. Uncle of Stevan and Alex Wolfgram, the late Sava II (Megan) Basic and Mihajlo (Katy) Basic. Great-uncle of Brianna Basic. Special nephew of Stevan "Bato" (Milka) Radjenovich. Cousin of George Radjenovich and Darinka (Woody) Derr. Further survived by dear kumovi other relatives and friends. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to donors choice. After the funeral the "dacha" will be held at St. Sava Cultural Center.
