She was born in Washington, Pa, on March 16, 1945, to Robert McKinney White II and Anna Jean (Kelly) White. She married Chyan Wu of Wauwatosa in 1980. She's survived by her husband, sisters Jane Henricks (Todd) of Illinois and Jackie Slosnerick (Stephen) of Ohio, and many nieces, nephews, cousins. She spent one year studying in Glasgow, Scotland, before graduating from Allegheny College in Pennsylvania. She earned her MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She began her career in retail at Higbee's in Cleveland, OH and then at Manchester's in Madison, WI. She later worked at MRA, Brookfield, and as a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist for the International Foundation of CEBS also in Brookfield, WI. She was active in community affairs acting as past president of the United Ostomy Association, Milwaukee chapter and later serving on the Chicago region and national levels. Extremely proud of her Welsh heritage, Pam was past president and vice president-elect of the Welsh Club-Milwaukee. Her wide range of interests included worldwide travel, book reading, symphony music and her Cambridge Glass collection. Her optimism, quick-wit, grace, and generosity will be missed by many. Visitation hours will be held on Saturday, January 19, 2019, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. with a memorial service directly after at Schmidt and Bartelt Funeral Home in Wauwatosa. A reception will follow the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Froedtert Foundation, as the family appreciates the exceptional care from the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit
