Matuszewski, Elaine I. "EG" (Née Klinter ) Joined the angels March 18, 2014. Age 84 years. Beloved wife, partner and best friend of Walter. Loving mom of Peggy (Joe) Chmielewski, Wendy (Tom) Matuszewski-Pyszczynski, Darlene (John) Gordon, Robin (Paul) McCabe, Laurie (Joel) Zielinski, Penny (Duane) Zaworski, and Dean (Mary) Matuszewski. Loving grandma of Sadie, Bonni (James), Keith, Marya, Chance, Ryan, Bethany, Aidan, Joshua, Taylor, Judy, Jeremy, Elaina and Joe Jr. (Joanne). Great-grandma of Christopher, Joely and Juliet. Beloved sister of Joy and Betty Piontek, Shirley (Bob) Lieske and Roger (Gloria) Klinter. Preceded in death by her daughter Judy Streczynski and son Randy Matuszewski. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. Visitation at the Funeral Home, MONDAY, March 24, 2014, from 4-7 PM. Visitation also Tuesday 10-11 AM at ST. MARK'S EV. LUTHERAN CHURCH, 3515 E. Van Norman Ave., Cudahy. Funeral Services at 11 AM. Interment to follow Woodlawn Cemetery. Elaine enjoyed knitting, bowling, gardening, bird watching and especially the music of Lucky Wally. The family would like to thank Dr. Nayak and the staffs of Golden Living Center-South Shore Manor, and St. Luke's South Shore Hospital for their care and compassion. "You are my Sunshine"
