Joe had just returned from a semester abroad in Geneva, Switzerland, where he studied and worked as writer and editor for the International Center for Trade and Sustainable Development, a Non-Governmental Organization devoted to sustainable economic development. In his free time, he traveled as widely and spontaneously as possible. Throughout his life, Joe was a baseball guy. He will be greatly missed. Funeral services 1:30 PM Monday, February 14, 2011, at Congregation Sinai, 8223 N. Port Washington Rd., Fox Point. Private interment will be held at Mound Zion Cemetery.
