Maguire, Francis Patrick Francis Patrick Maguire, 75, of Milwaukee, WI passed away on August 14, 2017 at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, Florida. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 9th at 10:30 a.m. at the Wisconsin Club-Country Club, 6200 W. Good Hope Rd., Milwaukee with The Rev'd. G. William Pursley officiating. A buffet luncheon will immediately follow the service in celebration of Frank's life. Frank was a pioneer in the structured settlement industry and began his career with the Morgan Chase Group in 1984. In 1999, Frank and his wife, Diane, founded First Capital Surety & Trust Company in Milwaukee, WI. They retired in November 2015. Frank is survived by his wife, Diane Guisinger Maguire; daughter and son-in-law, Amy and John Eyman. two grandsons, Andrew Eyman and William Eyman, all of Lancaster, Ohio; sister, Mary Alice Maguire of Tamarac, FL; sister-in-law, Brenda Todhunter of Jacksonville, FL; brother-in-law, Tom (Diana) Guisinger of Lancaster, Ohio; his extended family, the Bostrom Girls, and granddaughter, Francesca Marie Hernandez-Bostrom; and a host of friends. A sincere thank you to his special caregiver, Tracy Fosnaugh of Lancaster, Ohio. Frank was preceded in death by his parents. In lieu of flowers, and per Frank's wishes, a scholarship fund has been established in his name to provide scholarships to students whose parent(s) served, or are serving, in the U.S. military. Caring cremation has been provided by the Neptune Society in Pompano Beach, FL.
