Dorothy Holden Obituary
On April 30, 2003 Mrs. Dorothy Rae Holden passed away peacefully at the age of 66 with her family at her side. She was a resident of Kamloops since 1985. She is survived by her loving husband Ken of Kamloops and 6 loving children: Patrice of 100 Mile House, Keith (Linda) of Edmonton, Alberta, Denice (Terry) of Salmon Arm, B.C., Daniel of Vancouver, B.C., Blaine (Roseanne) and Tedd (Thea) all of Kamloops. Dorothy leaves to cherish her memory, a sister Margaret (Sandy) of Nakusp, a brother Harry of 100 Mile House; thirteen grandchildren, two great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Dorothy was born in Vancouver, B.C., married Ken in 1974 and they were married for 29 years. Dorothy spent 9 years in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta where she was very active in the community and was known to many as simply "Mom".
