I was blessed to work beside Terry at the SJAG at Cannon AFB. I lost touch when he went to Wales. Terry was funny, smart and an awesome friend. I even went to a rugby game and wasn´t sure why he loved it so much. I´ll never forget his singing between clients! Paradise by the Dashboard Light always makes me think of him singing either the coatrack as a mic! Terry was a light in my life and won´t be forgotten. Bless his family.

I had the pleasure of getting to know His Honor while serving as a criminal defense investigator...When he found out from a mutual friend that I was from South Wales, we had long chats regarding his time in Wales and playing Rugby...A truly charming man, His Honor was a kind and decent person....His loss both as a person as an excellent Judge will be felt greatly.... 'Huna mewn hedd', Sleep in peace my friend!

Judge Pullman was my judge when things were not going well in my life. After my incarceration he was open, approachable and encouraging to me. Now I am a social worker working with youth coming out of jail into independent living. My sincere condolences to the family.

Always a smile and a friendly greeting. Terry never met a stranger. His welcoming spirit fostered many lifelong friendships. A quick wit and sense of humor with an added eye roll for punctuation brought chuckles. He so loved Patty and his children, Shane and Blair. He loved his faith and was an active member of our church community. He regularly volunteered to work the early morning shift making breakfast at the Warming Souls emergency overflow shelter. Terry will be remembered as a good soul. One who brought joy. One who served well. No more pain. No more struggles. He has crossed over to touch the face of God and we rejoice for him yet our heart breaks for his dear family and all who will miss him.

Proud and honored to be able to call Terry a law school classmate. Terry was a fine man, attorney and Judge. After he became a Judge and I would see him at the Courthouse and call him Judge, he would always correct me and say My name is Terry. My condolences and sympathy to the family. You will be missed!
