Siemens, Allen G. "Al" Age 96, geologist passed away Thursday, June 21, 2018. Al was born on May 27, 1922 in Corn, Oklahoma to Abraham & Marie (Richert) Siemens. He attended Corn Valley Schools, graduated with degrees from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and University of Oklahoma, and served during WWII in the U.S. Army Air Corps as a pilot and pilot instructor before meeting and marrying the love of his life, Vera Warner on March 5, 1955 at Woodland United Methodist Church in Wichita, KS. Preceded in death by his parents; brother, Edwin; and sister, Beth. Survivors include his wife, Vera of the home; son, Michael (Susan Dunn) Siemens of Rolla, MO; and daughter, Stephanie (Michael Little) Siemens of Los Angeles, CA. Memorial Service will be 1 p.m. Saturday, July 14, 2018 at the Woodland United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established with Woodland United Methodist Church, 1100 W. 15th St. N., Wichita, KS 67203, Kansas Geological Foundation, 212 N.
