Cassandra, you will be missed greatly. I remember the kindness you shared with me as a fresh international student. So many good times working together at Nova Center of the Ozarks in Springfield, and juggling school at SMSU at the same time. You had such a big heart, and so much love for your kids and grandma. I'll forever remember your optimism, and your acceptance of everyone as they were. We were blessed to have had you among us. Rest in Love.

Such a sweet and young heart to be lost way too soon. My heart breaks for her children and those who loved her. I knew her through being Kiara's girl scout leader so didn't know Cassie too well, but we kept in touch on Facebook. I'm so sad to hear about her passing. I know that God has welcomed her with open arms. Rest in peace, friend.

There's no words to describe how I felt on Monday when I got the news about you being gone. I didn't get to say goodbye or see you later like many times before. My heart is broken. I didn't have the chance to work with Cassandra directly, but I knew exactly who she was because of the joy and happiness I felt from her presents when I saw her in City Hall. She will be missed by everyone because of her wonderful spirit. My prayer go out to her family.

This is just so unbelievable. The Friday before, we were just laughing and enjoying life, and now she is gone. My God, has truly received a beautiful Angel. I knew Cassandra because I was the Latchkey director, and she would come in and bring her children in every morning. Every morning she would come in singing hello. She was always such a happy person always in a good mood. Every evening, she would come in again, in such a cheery happy mood. She would make this little sound with her mouth and Shaunessey could hear it from far away. It was so cute to see the connection that they had. Cassandra was one of the most friendly people I have ever met. May she rest in peace.
