RENTON, WA-Beuttel, Herman William II passed in his home on April 21, 2018. Bill was the son of the late William Wynn Beuttel and Marilyn Jean Myers of Wichita, KS. Bill grew up in Wichita, Kansas where he attended high school at Wichita Heights, and then college at Wichita State and majored in History. Bill enlisted in the United States Army in 1975, and served in the reserves as an Intelligence Officer until 1990. Bill then went on to work at Boeing in Seattle, Washington for 27 years. Bill enjoyed reading, history research, collecting old military items, watching old movies, lunch with his friend Amos at fancy restaurants, and sharing stories with comrades in the Army. Bill is survived by his wife of the home, Connie Beuttel of Renton Washington, and his niece, Lindsay Larkin of Lebo KS. There will be a Celebration of Life planned for Bill on Saturday June 9th, 2018 in Wichita, KS at the Old Mission Mausoleum.
