Stephen, Luke DeBoise age 39, of Wichita, KS passed away Sunday, June 10th 2018 at his home. Luke was a loving husband, father, son and brother. He leaves behind Angie, his wife of 8 years and their two small children, Matthew 5 and Mackenzie 3. They were his pride and joy in life and everything he did was for them. He had a personality and smile that would light up a room. He never met a stranger and went out of his way to be nice to everyone he met. Luke grew up playing football and exceled at it and when his son was old enough Luke loved watching him play all kinds of sports and was excited to watch every practice and game he could. He was also known to play barbies with his daughter and the occasional tea party. Luke was an extremely hard worker and took his role as a husband and provider seriously. He worked in the car business for 14 years and left a lasting impression on everyone he met. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Basil and Lillian Stephen and Laurestine Champ Bell. He is survived by his loving wife, Angie and his children, Matthew and Mackenzie;his parents, Brad and Janet Stephen; grandfather, Jonnie Bell; brothers, Erich and Mark (Danielle); God children, Heidi Stephen, Anthony Pittman and Matthew Pittman;eldest nephew, Broch Dewalt; and many uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. Rosary will be Friday 7:00 p.m. and Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday 10:30 a.m., both at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church. Burial to follow at Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please make all the donations to The Matthew and Mackenzie Memorial fund in care of DeVorss Flanagan-Hunt Mortuary, 201 S. Hydraulic, Wichita, KS 67211.
