Duane is a great & wonderful person, I will pray for his soul always! He was always more than kind to me when I was at the ANR dock, Wichita...he was a teacher! He always preached to me that: "The top half loads just like the bottom half!" Even though most considered Duane to be tough, I've always known that Duane was a practitioner of unconditional love!

Thinking of you, Barbara, as well as your daughters and their families, as you mourn Duane's death. I will always remember you as my roommate when we were new teachers in Leavenworth and the two of you as newlyweds. A beautiful couple.

Words can't express our loss. Duane was a vibrant, fun-loving, principled, quick-witted, energetic but, most importantly, Godly man. Duane was a dedicated husband and father and one of our dearest friends. God has gained a wonderful worker bee. We look forward to seeing him again in heaven where our "forever friendship" will be restored. Until then, our thoughts, prayers and love go out to Barb, Amy and Rachelle. You, Dear Ones, are in our hearts.
