May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. Judge Sieve was truly one of my favorite judges, always smiling, always nice.

Phil was a good friend who always had time to speak about a problem. And always liked to talk about the Chiefs or the Royals. Never had an unkind word to say about anybody he dealt with. Knew him for over 25 years, and always called me "Muleshoe".

My deepest sympathy goes out to the Sieve family. Judge Sieve was a good man - always had a smile and a kind word for anyone. I'd like to think that the caged women aka WYCO District Court Accounting Dept., were some of his favorite people - at least he treated us like that. We were so shocked when we heard of his passing. May God wrap his loving arms around him and may he forever Rest In Peace.

Dear Rosemary, Lillian, and families. We were so sorry to see the news of Phil's passing. What a "rock" in the community! He and all of your family will be remembered in our prayers.

Judge Sieve was a wonderful person. He nick named me "Mutt" when I worked with him at the Wyandotte County Court. He was a wonderful friend. I will miss him. Sherry "Mutt" Bernhardt.

I worked for him when he was the Chief Deputy in the Wyandotte County District Attorney's Office many, many years ago. My first impression of him was that he was a nice guy with a wonderful heart. After he became Judge, I would see him in the court house - always with a smile & a hello. Years later I would see him at church at St. Pat's. My heart goes out to his family.

Our deepest sympathy goes out to Philips family. May God wrap his loving arms of comfort around all of you at this time of great sorrow. Philip had such a kind heart and soul, somewhat of a gentle giant. His ornery smile could brighten anyones worst day. He was loved by so many. I remember Philip and my Dad, Albert, always sparring back and forth as all the boys in the Sieve family did and it was fun to see them laugh and enjoy the fun times in seeing each other. Philip will be missed, but what a happy day for all of our heavenly family to be united again with their brother and son. Love you, buddy. RIP ❤
