Rex Kyle Largent Obituary
Memorial service for Rex Kyle Largent will be at 4:00 pm Saturday, August 11, 2018 at the LDS Church. Rex Kyle Largent, 33, passed away Saturday, August 4th, 2018 in Lawton, OK.  He was born March 30, 1985 in Kansas City, Missouri to Gypsy Largent.  Following high school graduation he worked for Mr. Tires in S. KC for 11 years before moving to OK where he was the Service Manager at the Goodyear Auto Center on 11th St.  He married Amber Lynn Burris on April 1, 2006 in Grandview, Missouri. Their marriage was sealed on October 28, 2012 in the St. Louis LDS Temple.  Rex was doing what he passionately loved. He was known for his collection of Snap-on tools and Batman. He was a truck guy and loved old box Chevy's. He was in the symphonic, jazz and marching bands at Grandview High School where he lettered every year, playing the tuba and sousaphone. He played the guitar and even taught himself to play every Metallica song by ear. For those lucky enough to have earned his trust and loyalty, he loved unconditionally. He was an amazing father and family man.  He had recently been teaching his son the game of golf. He will be greatly missed. He is survived by his wife, Amber, his 16 month old son, Wayne, and a baby soon to be born. He is also survived by his grandmother, mother, brothers, sisters and a large extended family.
