I worked with Davis at UK College of Allied Health for years with the TIPS project, traveling with her to many states and even Brazil. We developed and shared training programs for many different types of audiences in the health and other professions. She was a gracious lady, a tremendous teacher, and a force to be reckoned with. (She would no doubt have corrected that last phrase!). Davis, you will be missed. Rest in peace.

Strong, wise, and kind...I was fortunate to know Davis through the UK Woman's Club. She's an unforgettable person. I will miss her.

Davis first intruded herself when she was our sponsor at Calvary Baptist Church . WE enjoyed knowing her for all years following. She was outstanding as chairman of deacons. Then there was a special bond when she joined a prayer group in which I was a member. A very fine, intelligent, , and caring lady.

Davis was my Great Aunt. Some of my earliest memories of her involve her erudition, her commitment to education and to her family. She was wonderfully wise and had an amazing wit. I was really touched that she made a big effort to make it to my wedding in Goshen, KY where I married my wife Charlotte back in Summer 2016 when she was 91! We will miss her dearly.
