Sandra L. Jackson

Poulsbo - Sandi went home to be with the Lord on April 8, 2021. She was born in Port Gamble, WA August 24, 1943 to Lars and Mildred (Lund) Birkeland. Sandi spent her childhood in Eglon, WA and graduated from North Kitsap High School in 1961. She lived in Poulsbo and Ballard until moving to Hoquiam, WA in 1966. She spent nearly 40 years in the Grays Harbor area before moving back to Poulsbo. Sandi is survived by her son Kevin Dahl (Jan) of Hoquiam, WA, daughter Tracy Dahl-Lougheed (Steve) of Shelton, WA, and granddaughters Melanie Dahl (Paul Hecht) of La Habra, CA, Anna Martin (Cody) of Montesano, WA, and Shayla Smothers of Tumwater, WA, as well as beloved cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. Due to pandemic precautions, a celebration of life will be held later. Arrangements entrusted to The Stone Chapel Poulsbo Mortuary. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Eglon Cemetery Fund, 8331 NE Eglon Rd., Kingston WA 98346. An online memorial can be seen at www.poulsbomortuary.com
