Dear Franklin, I am so sorry for the loss of your father. Although I never had the honor of meeting him, he sounds like an exceptionally kind and generous man. I know that he and your mother raised a wonderful , gracious son in you, and I feel blessed to have been a schoolmate of yours for many years at Ball Camp and Karns. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.
