Ah, Art, how often have I said your name when I've come across a poem you should have seen or written a line as if guided by your hand? Daily I think, at least. You were curmudgeonly, kind, savvy and surprisingly naive, quirky and ordinary and could see a wildflower or a pile of trash from far away. Human in other words--and aware of it, that rare thing. Your vision in this world will be deeply missed.... and remembered for all of my life.
