Mrs. Bennie Mae Shockley age 84 of Tazewell, TN was born June 15, 1934 and passed away September 13, 2018 at her home with her loving family by her side.

She was the cafeteria manager at TNT for 17 ½ years. Bennie Mae was a member of the Howerton's Baptist church where she served as the Church Clerk for 49 years.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 63 years: Doyle Shockley

Parents: Frank Chittum Sr and Lillie

Brothers: Bill Chittum and Frank Chittum

Sisters: Ethel Daughtery

She is survived by her:

Son: Gary Shockley and wife Rena

Daughters: Janet England and husband Chris

The family will receive friends Friday, September 14, 2018 from 5PM till 7PM

With funeral to follow at 7PM in the Claiborne-Overholt Funeral Home Chapel.

The Reverend J.C. Bull and the Reverend Lowell Welch officiating.

Music will be provided by Steve Green and Grayce Shockley

Graveside services will be conducted Saturday at 11AM in the Fairview Cemetery
