He is preceded in death by his birth parents, Don and Virginia Elliott and adoptive father, Elder John Foster; and great niece, Abby Gibson. He is survived by his beloved wife of 47 years, Debbie Foster; adoptive mother, Erma Jean Foster; sons, Jeff (Reece), Brad (Mitzi); grandchildren, Avery Foster and Jacob Foster; sister, Donna Foster; niece, Jennifer Gibson Boyle; nephew, Todd Gibson; and great nephew, Maddox Gibson; many lifelong friends, his gun range buddies, and his "Little Buddy" Palmer. Receiving of friends will be held 5:00PM until 7:00PM Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at Berry Funeral Home, 3704 Chapman Hwy., Knoxville, TN 37920.
