Elizabeth and Miguel,
Your mother's homegoing was done with the class and dignity she deserved. It was befitting of Brenda and the way she lived her life.
She would have been so proud!
We will always remember and cherish the time spent will us.

Since the first time Brenda and I met 10 years ago, we felt a connection that felt like family. I loved her like a sister and pray for her children, grandchildren and other family members and friends. We are all heartbroken. It is comforting knowing that Brenda is with God and is no longer suffering from cancer.

Brenda was a kind and gentle soul. Soft spoken but firm in her conviction about God and family. I had the pleasure to graduate with her from Knoxville College and work with her in our sorority, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. One could always depend upon Brenda to follow through on any matter that she agreed upon. She will surely be missed but her love and spirit will always be remembered

May the loving memories of Brenda be of great comfort unto the family during this time of bereavement. Brenda had a smile that would light up a room when she entered it. She was a very kind hearted individual always caring for others; she will be sadly missed, but never forgotten by those who knew her. May God give the family the strength to endure.

May it comfort you to know others are thinking of you and praying with you during this time. Brenda was a beautiful person inside and out. My memories of her are all pleasant and gracious.

Allow your memories of a life well lived and the love of family and friends to sustain you in the days, weeks, and months to come. I am unable to be with you for the services but know I am with you in spirit.

Peace and Blessings,

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always. My heart is aching, breaking, and too hurt to say more! We met at Bentley Church, my sister Yvette wrote a note she, said “pass this note to that lady she will be a good friend for our brother Jimmy”!
She was a blessing to be apart of our family for a short time! She was a blessing to have in his life another Christian lady! First his wife Linda caring and loving ladies that asked for nothing in return! No one can compare one of a kind ladies
Sadly missed,
