Thomas "Tom" Hawkins
Thomas "Tom" Hawkins passed away at the age of 71 on August 1st, 2018, at Long Beach WA. Tom was born in Ellensburg, WA on January 7th, 1947. He is survived by his wife, Rose, of 41 years, and his sister Sherry Bertino. He was preceded in death by his parents Arthur and Dorthy Hawkins, his brother Duane Hawkins and his nephew Richard Bertino.
Tom served in the US Army including a tour of duty in Vietnam. He was a Brakeman on Milwaukee Railroad for 9 and a half years. He later worked for Energy Northwest Nuclear Power Plant in Richland until his retirement. He and Rose moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ in 2012 and frequently traveled to the Pacific Northwest in their RV to visit family and friends.
Tom was charasmatic, funny, and a practical joker. He loved football, camping, fishing, and crabbing. One of his favorite past times was sitting around a big campfire.
Tom was beloved Uncle to Colleen, Cindy and Julie; Great Uncle to Sarah, Nicole, Jennifer, Brandon, Blake, Blair, Sheree, Alyssa, and Che; Great- Great Uncle to Cole, Hailey, Carter, Kaden, Liam, Greyson, and Bruce.

He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. We will carry him forever in our hearts.
