I love her character on the Waltons. Everyone has known or has a family member similar to her sweetness and charm. She seemed so natural snd comfortable in her roles. I am watching The Waltons with my children and know they notice importance of family ties in today's society. She sure did give "Boss Hog" exactly what he needed as well. We will remember her and the good ole days! May God bless her family. Memories and love live forever.

I always remember Peggy at family gatherings surrounded by lots of people and usually the center of attraction. She was a "fun" person and difficult to leave her company. I can also remember our one on one conversations about her roles in "Have gun will travel" with Richard Boone. I would call to my family to come quickly and see her on TV. Peggy was a professional, delightfully funny and a real lady. The entertainment world has lost one of its leading ladies and we have lost a loved family member. We will miss her.
