Dr. Charles E Graper was a great brother to me, He helps me in many ways that he didn't even realize or know about, I am going to miss MY BROTHER. I didn't realize how much time he gave of himself to the medical field. He worked very hard and didn't relax until he retired, but he left this world to soon.
