Mrs. Rebecca Ann Gardner, 75, of Lake City, passed away February 13, 2021 following a brief illness.
She is preceded in death by her Husband - James (Gator) Gardner; Parents - LC and Martha Brannon; Sister - Thelda (Manuel) Brannan; and Grandchild - Hayley Larson.
She is survived by her Son - Jimmy (Lisa) Gardner of Wellborn; Daughter - Diane (Henry) Douglass of Lake Butler; Stepson - Tommy Lee (Lisa) of Lake City: Grandchildren - Jamie (Heather) Gardner, Lyndsey Gardner, Tyler Barrs, and Madison Douglas; Great Grands - Lindsey Barnhart, Kaydence Gardner, Case Gardner, and Kavin Paul; Stepmom - Mary Brannon; Brother - Laymon (Ellen) Brannon of Walnut Grove, Ga; Stepsister - Karen (Ashley) Ellis of Lake City; along with numerous other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Mrs. Gardner was employed with the United States postal Service for 27 plus years, until retiring after some health issues. She loved her grandbabies and talking.
Visitation will be from 11:00- 12:30 Thursday, February 18, 2021 at Dees-Parrish Family Funeral Home Chapel with funeral services to immediately follow at Fellowship Baptist Church Cemetery in Wellborn, Fl.
