Rose L. (Woltz) Chester

LANCASTER: Rose L. (Woltz) Chester, age 63 of Lancaster went to be with God, Thursday, February 28, 2013 at Fairfield Medical Center. She was retired from AutoBody Supply after 23 years. Rose found God in 2011 and attended Cornerstone Church. She enjoyed Flea markets and genealogy before her illness.

The love of her life was her family and especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by; her beloved significant other of 25 years, Ed Miller, son Larry E. Lax Jr., daughter Bobbie (John) Smith; grandchildren, Shane Lax, Heather Lax, Brandon DeLong, Nathan Delong, Natasha Tussing and Kyle Iser; six great-grandchildren; brother Bill (Margie) Woltz and Jim (Trudy) Woltz; a half-sister Ida (Silas) Isaac; several nieces and nephews and close friends.

Preceded in death by; her parents, H. Woltz and Mildred (Anderson) Fickel; brothers, Dean Woltz, and Larry Woltz; a great-grandson Grayson Tussing; and half-brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M. Monday at the Halteman-Fett & Dyer Funeral Home with Pastor Tom Underwood officiating. Burial will be at Olive Cemetery, Laurelville, Ohio. Friends may call Monday 10:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. prior to services at the funeral home.
