I will always cherish meeting your Uncle Bill while visiting Dollywood during the summer of 2012.
We spoke briefly and shared a few family story commonalities regarding my childhood, greatly inspired by love the of country music and the Grand Ole' Opry!
I was so impressed by his kind words and caring personality.
That day made a big difference in my life!!

May God Bless Mr. Bill Owens, and all of his family. I will always cherish the times I got to set and visit with Bill, he was so kind and generous with his time and knowledge.

Thank you for being a great Uncle to your niece Dolly. You did a lot for her career. Wish I could have met you in person. I met your brother Louis many time. He was a wonderful man also. May you enjoy Heaven with your loved ones. You will be so missed.
