Naples - Pasqualine Rose "Pat" Marchisio Rupe passed gracefully into heaven on Sunday November 4, 2018 in Naples, Florida after a courageous fight with metastatic breast cancer.

Pat was born in Blainesville, Ohio in Belmont County, Ohio on February 26th, 1945. She later met the love of her life, Jackie L. Rupe and they were married in Maynard, Ohio on August 31, 1963. She and Jack settled in Lancaster, Ohio for 51 years and raised their family. Pat served for 27 years on the Board Of Directors of Fairfield Federal Savings Bank in Lancaster, Ohio, and was a founding board member for the Lancaster Glass Museum. As a travel agent, she was the owner of the Uniglobe Partners In Travel agency in Lancaster, and served on many community organizations, such as The United Way, ABWA, Chamber Of Commerce, and CCD classes at St. Mary's and St. Mark's Catholic churches in Lancaster, Ohio. She and Jack retired to Naples Florida in 2014.

Pat is survived by her beloved husband of 55 years, Jackie "Jack" L. Rupe. She is also survived by two sons, Kurt A. Rupe (Laurie Lo) of Winfield, Missouri, and David L. Rupe (Loree) of Lancaster, Ohio. Pat had seven grandchildren: Julian Lo of New Jersey, Nigel Lo of California, Alynzia Rupe of Columbus, Ohio, Kevin Rupe of Lancaster, Ohio, Michael (Chaney) Sagle of St. Mary's, Georgia, Matthew Shell of Columbus, Ohio, Bryan Shell, Jr. of Lancaster, Ohio, and her great-grandson Glen R. Sagle of St. Mary's Georgia.

Pat also leaves behind a brother, Joseph (Cecelia) Marchisio of Maynard, Ohio, and two sisters, Magdaline "Mag" (Chet) Truchan of Fairpoint, Ohio, and Carolyn (John) Hess of Haslett, Michigan. Brothers-in -law Larry (Peg) Rupe of Lancaster Ohio, and Joel (Alisa) Rupe of Sylvania, Ohio.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents, Louis Marchisio and Colleen Manderochio Marchisio, and her in-laws, Theron I. Rupe and Valeta M. Rupe.

Pat was a beloved aunt to nieces Lisa Kazmirski and Christa Truchan of Fairpoint, Ohio, Nicole Niewenhuis of Grand Ledge, Michigan, Penni (Rupe) DeFazio of Lancaster, Ohio, Christine (Rupe) Griffin of Cullman, Alabama, and Alexcis Rupe of Sylvania, Ohio. Nephews Matthew Hess of Blue Island, Illinois, Eric Marchisio of Akron, Ohio, Ben Marchisio of Lakeland, Colorado, James Marchisio of Columbus, Ohio, Jason Rupe of Cullman, Alabama, Jordan Rupe of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Timothy Rupe of Indianapolis, Indiana, an Christian Rupe of Sylvania, Ohio.

Pat was a friend to many, as evidenced in her several groups of lifetime friends. She made friends wherever she went and had a genuine smile no one can forget. The family would like to thank all of the people who gave such great care and showed such kind compassion to Pat as she was fighting the illness. This includes Avow Hospice, Naples Community Hospital, Florida Cancer Specialists, and a great many friends from Cedar Hammock Golf And Country Club who were so supportive in her final days.

Caring cremation has taken place. Mass Of Christian Burial will occur at 10:00 AM November 23, 2018 at Saint Peter The Apostle Catholic Church, located at 5130 Rattlesnake Hammock Rd, Naples, Florida, 34113. There will be a reception following the mass at the St. Peters Spirit Center.

Memorial gifts in her name may be made to the Lancaster Glass Museum in Lancaster, Ohio.
