It is with a heavy heart that the family of Priscilla Caroline Adams announces her passing on the morning of Monday, Feb. 19, 2018. She died in the care of her daughters, Randa Adams and Joey Saenz, at a youthful age of 78 years old.
Priscilla will be remembered as a caring and generous, person who lived her life in a texture that those who knew her could admire and appreciate.
She lived in many cities. However, Las Vegas, N.M. was her home and she was a proud to call herself a New Mexican. Priscilla had a passion for music and always held a song in her heart.
She worked hard to provide for her children whom she treasured. Later in her life she enjoyed spending time with her family in Las Vegas, Nev.
She is preceded in death by her husband: Nash A. Adams; parents: Joe F. Garduño and Mela Garduño; mother-in-law Lucy Lopez; brother Daniel Garduño, Sr..
She is survived by her daughters: Randa Adams and Joey Saenz; sons Walter Adams and wife Romie, Arthur Adams and wife Shirley, Michael Adams and wife Paula; grandchildren Walter Adams Jr. and Selena, Leann Adams, Salina Kravetz and husband Michael, Chewy Saenz, Nicole Adams, Richard Adams and wife Ali, Amber Ayala and husband Luis, Preston and Alyssa Adams; great-grandchildren Raiden Kravetz, Keanna Lovato, Abby Torres, Santino and Gia Adams and Benjamin Ayala, sister Elaine Arredondo, special niece Marlene Delgado; brother-in-law Jesus Lopez and wife Caroline Lopez; sisters in law Loretta Lopez and Viola Garduno and other relatives and many friends.
A rosary devotional services will be held on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Church in Las Vegas, N.M. with a funeral mass to follow with Father Rob Yaksich as celebrant.
Interment will take place at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Las Vegas, with the following serving as casket bearers: Walter Adams Jr., Michael Kravetz, Chewy Saenz, Preston Adams, Luis Ayala, Jonathon Arredondo, Antonio Escudero and Michael Adams.
Honorary bearers will be Walter Adams, Sr., Arthur Adams, Vidal Gallegos "Uncle Lalo."
