It is with great sadness that we mourn the passing of our colleague and friend, Michael Diamond. Mr. Diamond had served Ares Commercial Real Estate Corporation with great distinction as one of our independent directors since our initial public offering. We are grateful for his service and will greatly miss his energy, integrity, wisdom, dedication and commitment to excellence.
