July 21, 1924 - April 12, 2017 Born in New York to Solomon and Anna Wior and the last survivor of their five children. Herb served in the US Army in India during WW II. After discharge he and his brother Bernie came to CA and built a successful business in the garment industry. Longtime member of Brentwood a Country Club. Herb is survived by his beloved wife of 69 years, Marilyn, sons Glenn (Georgia) and Randy and grandchildren Jamie, Graeme and Britney Wior. Herb was truly a kind and gentle man who leaves us with many happy memories. A graveside ceremony will be Sunday April 16 at 10 am at Hillside Memorial Park, 6001 W. Centinela, Culver City. Donations can be made to Alzheimer's Association. in the name of Herbert Wior.
