Alfred Woskoff Obituary
Alfred Woskoff, 93, also known as "Boppa" to his nearest and dearest, was an American war hero & legend. He was a first responder to the South Pacific Theater of World War II. You may have also recognized him as "Al," seen around town with a bubble gum pink newsboy cap and Members Only jacket, reading the paper - most recently at Starbucks along with Saturday mornings at Primo's Donuts for the past 60 years, holding court, of course. Al was an extremely loving son to Michael & Dora, proud baby brother to Burton & Anita, supremely loyal husband to his surviving wife Helene, devoted father to Wendy & Vicki, amazing uncle to Fred, Barb, Sue, John, Lorrie, Harvey, Steve, & Sharyl, superb grandfather to Ryan, Ashley, Whitney, Paige & Jade, ecstatic great-grandfather to Autumn and ardent best friend. He loved his family more than life itself. Day in and day out he showered them with his generosity, leadership, loyalty, fearlessness, honesty and selflessness. Boppa, Al, Daddy - Thank you for showing us what true love looks like. You will be forever missed. We love you.
