Rick worked for William Simpson Construction, US Motors, Northrop, Ernst & Young, and the Los Angeles Olympic Committee. He was deeply involved in the Episcopal churches serving the communities in which the Webbs lived: Fullerton, Pasadena, and most recently Oceanside and Carlsbad.
